3. Primary Structure & Priciple of Work
3.1Primary Structure
This packing machine consists of such parts as a feeder, a weigh hopper, an engine block, an electronic control system and a pneumatic control system.
3.2 Principle of Work
When the computer receives the external activating signal, the quick or slow shutter of controlling feeder adds materials to the weigh hopper and the variation of the materials generates the pressure signal to the transducer. After sampling and treatment, the computer will send a signal to stop the quick feeding and start the slow feeding when the set variation of quick feeding is reached. When the set goal (set value) is reached, the computer will send a signal to stop the small-quantity feeding and discharge the materials. Therefore, a whole process of weighing and bottling is finished and the mechine will automatically start its cycle operation
