Fong Gong can be also called as Wu Gong, as a kind of percussion instrument, it specialized by its sterling

 sound and exquisite craft, which make it very famous in China. It is called Fong Gong, because it comes from

 Shenyang, a city in northeast China.

 There is a interesting story about Fong Gong. After the first emperor of Qing Dynasty built his empire, people 

in the capital beat many gongs on almost every conner to announce the right time. After a period, the people in 

Shenyang found that the Fong Gong can give the longest sound, about one munite. What's more, the sound is

 very harmonious, melodious, as one falls another rises, all of them are so similar with symphonic music. So

 the Fong Gong became the brand gong in many temple, and famous in the whole country later.

The Fong Gong is made of Electrolytic Copper and Tin, Traditionally, a Fong Gong is played with a small soft 

mallet, which gives it a roaring crash to match their namesake.

Now there only are two size Fong Gong, 27cm and 28cm. And for each gongs, there is a standard mallet.

 Meanwhile, we can make a metal Cstand for each gong. You can suspend the gong on the Cstand, then 

exhibiting it in building hall.
